Human Adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells 
 

Format: 1×106  cells per tube

Product Description: Obtained from adipose tissues of healthy adults by liposuction. Passaged and proliferated to the second generation. Cryopreserved at -135°C or colder. Each tube contains not less than 1×106  cells. 
These cells have high potential of proliferation and can differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, etc.

Purity & Quality: Donor’s test results of HIV, HBV, HCV, EBV, CMV, syphilis were negative. And the test results of bacteria, fungi, viruses (HIV, HBV, HCV) and mycoplasma of the cells were also negative.  These cells express CD29, CD73, CD90, and CD105 (greater than 90% expression determined by flow cytometric analysis). They lack expression of CD11a, CD19, CD34, and CD45. 

Storage: The cells are cryogenically preserved. Thawed samples must be used immediately.

Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells
 

Format: 1×106  cells per tube

Product Description: Obtained from the umbilical cord of natural birthed full-term fetus. Passaged and proliferated to the second generation. Cryopreserved at -135°C or colder. Each tube contains not less than 1×106  cells. 
These cells have high proliferation potential and can differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, etc.

Purity & Quality: Donor’s test results of HIV, HBV, HCV, EBV, CMV, syphilis were negative.
